Local Law Enforcement Leaders Support Ransom for Supervisor

Today, Rhodesia Ransom’s campaign for County Supervisor announced that she has earned endorsements from the San Joaquin County Deputy Sheriff's Association, San Joaquin County Corrections Officers Association, Manteca Police Officers Association and Patrick Withrow-Sheriff of San Joaquin County.

“The men and women who put their lives on the line to protect our community represent the highest ideals of public service,” Ransom said. “As a Supervisor, I will have no higher priority than ensuring these dedicated professionals always have the support and resources they need from county government.”

“From her efforts to bring violence prevention programs into local schools, to standing up on behalf of officers and fighting for the additional personnel and support that our fast-growing communities need, Rhodesia Ransom has been a steadfast advocate for our law enforcement community,” said San Joaquin Sheriff Patrick Withrow. “We are proud to endorse her candidacy for District 5 Supervisor.”

Rhodesia Ransom is a candidate for San Joaquin County District 5 Supervisor. She is a Tracy City Council member, a former City Planning Commissioner, and the Founder and Executive Director of the Sow A Seed Community Foundation, which serves youth and families in San Joaquin County.
